Love X Stereo are one of groups that have just quietly been doing their own thing for much longer than anyone would probably expect. The group was founded in 2011 and have just kept chugging along, releasing great music along the way. (Also yes, despite the mainly English lyrics on this track, we promise the group is based out of Seoul!) One of our favorites from the group is the genuinely fun and goofy “All Over Again” from their 2019 album 37C.
“All Over Again” feels like early 2010s summer, right around when Coldplay released Mylo Xyloto and Two Door Cinema Club was everywhere. It’s the perfect good time music and would not have been too out of place in a teen summer blockbuster from around the time. The song is catchy as all get out too. The chorus is a true earworm and balances the main guitar motif and the soft vocal harmonies perfectly. This track is a bop through and through. You’ll find yourself singing “Don’t ever let me go” over and over in your head for WEEKS after hearing the song just once. This is an incredibly well-written and arranged track, and Love X Stereo should be proud of making something so awesome.
