Me + You 134: Love X Stereo

WYNW alumni Love X Stereo joined us in the studio recently for Episode 134 of Me + You. These guys and gals from South Korea caught our ear a few months ago with their ramped up electro covers of Smashing Pumpkins and the Pixies. Combining two great Viva loves (dance music and the 90’s), we had to get them in the studio.

Over the course of an hour the band and Tedward discuss the band distinguishing themselves from K-pop, the South Korean punk rock scene, adjusting to the U.S., a story about how the band ended up playingRandalls Island. And of course, a few songs get played along the way, including the seven minute ripper “Seoul City.”
